Delivery & Pick-up

We're proudly serving Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph with favourite European foods. The two checkout options are self pick-up and delivery. 

Self Pick-up

• You can always order your food for self pick-up and save the delivery fee
• Our first pick-up centre: 90 Shadywood Cres, Kitchener, ON, N2M4J2

Delivery Costs

• We deliver across Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph within a 50 kms radius from our pick-up centre
• FREE DELIVERY within 35 kms on orders over $175 and within 36-45 kms on orders over $280
• Standard delivery fee is $5.00 + $0.50/km (approximately $5-15 in Kitchener-Waterloo, $15-25 in Cambridge & Guelph)
• If you live outside of the delivery coverage area, please message us and we'll provide a minimum order size for delivery to your area 

Delivery Time

• It takes us currently from 2 to 4 business days to complete an order
• As we scale our operations in the region, we plan to continuously reduce the expected completion times on your orders
