Terms of Service & Refund Policy

We're proudly serving Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph with favourite European foods. The two checkout options are self pick-up and delivery. 

Self Pick-up

• You can always order your food for self pick-up and save the delivery fee
• Our first pick-up location: 90 Shadywood Cres, Kitchener, ON, N2M4J2

Delivery Costs

• We deliver across Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph within a 35 kms radius from our pick-up location
• Our delivery fee is flat $7.50
• We reimburse the delivery fee with a $7.50 gift card on orders above $150
• If you live outside of the delivery coverage area, please message us and we'll provide a delivery rate to your area 

Delivery Time

• It takes us from 2 to 4 days to complete an order
• As we scale our operations in the region, we plan to continuously reduce the expected completion times on your orders

Refund Policy

• We will refund every item that is of low quality or expired. Funds will be transferred using the same payment method used for purchase.
• To initiate a refund, please notify us via hello@tastydeli.ca with the details on the items you'd like get a refund
