Salmon meat is prized primarily for its excellent taste, but the chemical composition of this product cannot be ignored. During salting, it retains most of the chemical elements and vitamins that are found in fresh fish.
Beneficial features. This type of salmon is rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats and acids. Lightly salted salmon is enriched with omega-3 and omega-6 acids. These unsaturated fatty acids are especially beneficial for women. Also, the use of lightly salted salmon is the key to preventing the occurrence of blood clots and lymph nodes. Salmon contains no carbohydrates, but vitamins such as A, B1, B2, B12, E, PP, C, D are present.
